We welcome you to the webpage of Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapter of Magnificat in North County San Diego. Magnificat began in 1981 and continues to grow for such a time as this. In fact, there are now over 100 chapters throughout the United States and its territories and in many foreign countries!

About Our Speaker: Donna Ross

Donna Ross is a cradle Catholic whose faith journey took her away from the Church for many years before a profound encounter with the Holy Spirit led her home with a renewed love for the Catholic faith. In 1994, she left a 25-year career with the Magic Kingdom of Disney for full-time ministry in God’s Eternal Kingdom, using her professional experience and spiritual gifts. She is a passionate witness to the power of persevering prayer, having prayed for 48 years for her father’s successful reconciliation with the Catholic Church and for her mother’s conversion to the faith. Her message is simple: never give up hope. A longtime leader in Southern California’s Catholic Charismatic Renewal, Donna founded the Palm Desert Magnificat Chapter and currently serves as Coordinator on Magnificat’s Central Service Team. She was honored with the Our Lady of Guadalupe Award in San Bernardino Diocese for her service to God’s people. Most recently, Donna attended a papal audience with Pope Leo XIV during the CHARIS conference in Rome, where participants were encouraged to renew the Church through the Holy Spirit’s “current of grace.” Come, Holy Spirit!

Rosary Blanket of Prayer
Remember our chapter’s commitment to Eucharistic Adoration and to pray the Rosary on the 25th of each month for the intentions of Magnificat, Sanctity of Life, Marriage and Family, and World Peace.

History of North County San Diego Chapter of Magnificat
The North County San Diego, Our Lady of Guadalupe Chapter, began in the early 1990’s. It took over a year of dedicated, faith-filled women, prayer and the inspiration of the Holy Spirit to begin the chapter. The Chapter spun from the Central San Diego Chapter which is now inactive.
