O, My Queen,

O, My Mother,

I give myself entirely to you.

And in order to prove myself devoted to you,

I consecrate to your Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart this day

my eyes, my ears, my mouth, my heart, my whole person without reserve.

Since therefore I am yours, O good Mother,

preserve me and protect me as your property and possession.
